Melon Sandbox coins and Mels
Last checked 2026-10-29 · how to get coins in melon sandbox, mels
Public community sources describe three ways to get Workshop Mels: rewarded ads, selling your own Workshop creations, and in-app purchases. Coins and Melcoins appear as informal names for that balance, not two independently documented currencies. Current reward amounts, sale proceeds, and pack conversion rates are not established by the reviewed public sources.
Three documented routes, with limits
- Rewarded ads: the wiki records 50 Mels for three videos; the research notes retain a conflicting 5-Mels player report without a direct thread. Neither is a verified 38.x exchange rate or a promise that an ad offer is available to every account.
- Sell a Workshop item: the linked community publishing video shows Workshop, profile, New, file selection, a Mels price, and listing details before review. It is one demonstration, not a current approval-time or earnings guarantee.
- Buy a pack. Play shows a per-item range of $0.49 to $259.99. Which pack equals how many Mels is not on the public listing I saved.
Premium and achievements are not confirmed coin grants
The community Premium page describes ad removal and additional features. It does not establish how many coins a six-month subscription grants. The reviewed sources also do not establish Mels rewards for completing achievements or opening gift boxes. Gift boxes unlock items; do not treat them as a verified currency-farming route.
Questions people ask
Are coins and Mels different?
I could not find an official economy page that splits them. The wiki and player posts use Mels, Melcoins, and coins for the Workshop currency. Until the publisher says otherwise, I treat them as one balance.
How many Mels does an ad pay?
The community wiki describes three videos for 50 Mels. The research notes also record a player report of 5 Mels, but do not preserve a direct thread URL. These conflicting historical reports do not establish the current payout; this guide does not promise either amount.
Does the 6-month subscription grant coins?
I did not find a published coin amount for that subscription. Google Play lists in-app items from $0.49 to $259.99 per item, which is a price range, not a coin table.
What about infinite coins?
No unlimited-Mels offer is verified by the sources here. This guide does not provide save editors or mod menus, and does not claim a publisher-confirmed ban policy for them. Do not share account credentials with a coin generator.
