I read the publisher's news post, the Play what's-new text, the App Store description, and the 38.666 wiki page on 29 October 2026. The date range is the part all of the first-party text supports: 23 October to 2 November 2026, free on iOS, Android, and browser. Four days were left when I checked.
What the stores add on top of the news post

No. The news post says Poppy Playtime itself has five chapters. It does not announce a Chapter 5 mode inside Melon Sandbox.
